The battery backup was close to 3 hours when new, though I noticed that the runtime gradually reduced with age, which is fairly typical for rechargeable battery powered devices. Unfortunately, my unit stopped working after about 9 months. However, the after sales support experience was very positive. The warranty claim process was smooth and hassle free. The company verified the issue through a few video calls and promptly approved a replacement. Very nice product,I am using it since 2 years. Compact size and easy to install. I used it's backup for 3 hrs during power maintenance which proves company claim of long battery life. Its very useful during power outages and DG switch over. It is compatible with all fire routers. Customer support is flawless. They understand your problem and provide quick rsoltion. I already recommend this product to my friends and they are using it with positive feedback. Its recommended product from my side.

Posting it 2 years after purchase. It was reliable for 1.5yr. Though the efficency kept declining but it was still working for 2 hrs. But now it does not last even 30 minutes after power goes out.

Performance is good as it was able to keep 3 different company routers powered on. - Pros & Cons: 🟢 Pros: Small size, fits anywhere, lightweight, good fail over time, easy to use, good battery time. 🔴Cons: Short wire, no charging cable in box, only compatible with 2 round pin. - The Verdict: It is a good product for powering up routers. - Who it’s for: Only for normal routers. Routers with different power pin will not work with this. - Value: Product seems good for it's value.
