Naturium Azelaic Acid treatment works!! It fades sun damaged skin and evens out overall tone. Goes on easily, and dries quickly. Does not leave a shiny appearance and is not greasy. I use on my neck and arms, where i had the most sun damage. Very good product.

My skin is very sensitive and dry, but also acne-prone postpartum, and this has helped calm redness, smooth texture, and fade stubborn marks without irritating my skin. The formula feels lightweight and layers well with the rest of my skincare. I also love that it includes niacinamide and vitamin C, so my skin looks brighter and more even overall. Unlike some other azelaic acid products I’ve tried, this one doesn’t pill or leave my face feeling tight and dry. I noticed my skin looking calmer within the first week, and after continued use my pores and hormonal breakouts around my nose and upper lip have improved a lot. A little goes a long way, so the jumbo size is worth it. Definitely a staple in my routine now!

I read the reviews before buying and there was mentions about this smelling weird and confirm it’s true but I looked it up and it’s cause it’s in its pure form and it’s medical so no fragrances added. This doesn’t sting or burn, I was scared for that but everything was fine my skin reacted good. I like how the bottle is glass like and I’ve seen improvement already since using it. It hasn’t dried my face or made it red but I am using 2-3 times weekly. Good quantity for the price and it’s not heavy on the skin.

I’ve only been using this product a few weeks, but during that time I have noticed a huge difference in my skin. More glowy, less bumpy, less breakouts. I am using several other products so maybe the combination helps. No irritation at all. Definitely recommend!

Update June 2025: I came across several sources online that state this specific Naturium product uses a derivative of azelaic acid called potassium azeloyl diglycinate. This form has not been studied for efficacy nearly as much as normal azelaic acid. If you are not noticing benefits, it may be because this product uses a derivative, and not plain azelaic acid. This feels incredibly misleading because I believed azelaic acid just didn't work for me, but I am now wondering if it's because they use a poorly-studied version. I am going to find a product with the typical form and see if it works. I bought this months ago and have been trying it on my skin until recently. For context, I developed some mild redness on my cheeks and nose early this year that I suspected was rosacea - my dermatologist confirmed this a fee weeks ago. I read that while 15% was the usual go-to strength, 10% may be enough. I bought this after trying to find something that had good reviews but was also a reasonable price. I have combination skin, use cold cream and a mild foaming cleanser daily. I use tretinoin most nights. I'm 30 years old, so I don't have much texture or lines, but I do have slightly large pores that I think are genetic. This product did not work for me unfortunately. I used it consistently and as directed with no improvement in my redness or my normal skin areas. The product itself is nice to use. It sinks into the skin, doesn't pill up, and has a barely noticeable scent. I think this could be worth a try for people with mild, non-rosacea redness or skin texture problems. My skin just needs something else. I don't really have room for an active that's not working for me in my routine, so I will not be repurchasing.

Even better than I expected! Cleared up months of rosacea and irritation in only a few days. Will definitely buy again, but I shouldn't have to for a while because it goes a long way.

Really like this product so far! I like the mild smell and it is easy to apply this product. I have very sensitive skin (allergies) and found that my past product was no longer available. After trying another brand & having skin reactions, I tried this one. It goes on smoothly and feels good (doesn’t burn) to my skin. I use it at least once a day and it seems to be working well. I will be interested to see how long the product lasts since this is a bit more expensive than my last brand. If the quality is maintained, I don’t mind paying a little bit more!

I have been using this product from past 1 month. Nothing noticeable yet.The hyperpigmentation is still there,no glow or anything great to make me fall in love with this product.It didn't break me out,so I m still using it.
