Does this sander use hook and loop sandpaper discs Which r common to these type of sanders?

Yes, it does use hook and loop sanding discs and it does a very good job. I use from 80 to 400 grades with excellent results. Take care when loading the discs that the holes line up and the disc is central. My main use is pine tabletops, chairs, and desks. It has to work hard and I'm a satisfied customer...

Whether the sand disc is easy to disassemble and assemble

Very easy to assemble, the disc just fits onto the machine by placing it on the surface. You can get dare discs on Amazon.

What is the material of the handle?

The body and handle are hard green plastic. Palm grip and handle are overlaid with soft black rubber for better grip. Unlike the air powered models in our workshop, it does not have a metal trigger plate. Using a small rocker switch instead, far less ergonomic and convenient.
