I use this for chopping down and mixing herbs to make my own tea blends. Was able to blend lavender flowers and black wolf berry with a little bit of oolong leaves to a proper texture for steeping. Very impressed.

Its a decent electric grinder, but you really have to treat each batch of whatever carefully. You have to press the top to make the blades spin. There is an cap on the inside can, and all too often, I forget the inner cap, that keeps everything from flying out when you open the top...That's a bummer...The inner can is stainless steel, so its tricky to clean. When it gets really caked up in there, its difficult to get it off easily. You'd have to use some kind of solvent, like alcohol, because the brush you get with it barely gets the herb at the bottom of the can out, so it will easily build it. I love the fact it will grind stuff up quickly and easily, but if you press too many times, it will turn to powder, so, unless you need powder... I change my rating adding another star, making 4 stars. It catches that good good powder on he edge of that all important and often forgotten cap.

I was tired of grinding my herbs by hand as I have a bad wrist. Saw the good reviews on this and wanted to try. The size is good and easy to clean and put away. Worked perfectly and quickly in just 5 seconds my 14 grams of herb was exactly how I liked it. Definitely recommend if you are tired of grinding by hand!

Forget all the herb grinders that cost $9.99 that are battery powered. This grinder plugs into the wall and provides A LOT of power. You can grind up half ounce of herbs in about 5-10 seconds. I was so sick of manually grinding herbs and having to clean residue out whenever it would build up in the hand grinders. This makes very quick work of your herb of choice. It’s also not as loud as I was expecting. It’s relatively quiet compared to other grinders of this size. Only thing I don’t like about this is that there is no way to secure the top cap/cup that sheaths over the grinding cup when in storage. It just hang on top there, nothing preventing it from coming off. This will not clog easily like the cheaper battery powered ones. Get this, and it will last you years and make quick work of your herbs. No more sore hands.

Grinds very fine. Not good if you want to break up a bud or two. Gotta let of of the button immediately

I make my own umami seasonings and like to grind to a superfine powder. My other grinders only ground to coarse. This little unit does an AMAZING job and I am absolutely thrilled with its performance! I plan to making paprika, garlic and onion powder next.

I'm in love with this Grinder Automatic (LARGE). The grinding is nice and fine. I use it for my herb. Its also good when I use cones which is real nice.

grinds way too finely and the power cable sits very loosely in the grinder. like its supposed to plug in twice as far as it goes. falls out if you move the grinder
