Such flavorful olive oil
I have been using this olive oil for a long time. I first bought it at an Italian store in New York City. It is so flavorful and its perfect for all of my cooking needs. I highly recommend this olive oil!

peppery taste
Is it normal for this Olive oil to taste peppery ? Yes I guess it is And actually burn your throat. I do apologize I do have a sore throat I just realized but the olive oil does taste peppery but I read everything and that's how it's supposed to taste I guess so I'll give you a five-star

It's Sour
It's Sour. There is no olive pick, process or packing date on the label. Very unusual for a product made in Sardegna. I was in Sardegna last month and I can tell you this does not look, taste or smell like the real San Giuliano. I attached a picture for comparison. I hope it helps when shopping for olive oil.
