Are these refills for the dark or light blue pens? I have the set and use the darker blue (which to me is a true blue on paper).

They are true blue - not the new navy and not the special light blue that comes with the pink and purple - hope this helps

Will this fit in the multi color pen?

No. The multi-color pen refills are shorter and thinner.

It this the .5 or .7 and what is the difference I like really thin lines and I want to get the pens but only if I can find the refills?

I get the .7 in blue gel ink (not sure what the difference is between the .5 or .7). It's not a 'really thin line' as you said you like, but I use it to do word puzzles, and the .7 is perfect for that. As far as refills, I never have a problem finding them, as I order them thru Amazon.

Could these fit in the pilot mr animal collection metropolitan pen? (they take g2 refills)

I am not sure but on the package it states "Fits Frixion Clicker, LX, and Ball"
