This monitor light bar has been a nice addition to my setup. I haven’t really had eye strain with or without it, but I really like the clean look it adds to my desk. I mostly use it at night, but it’s also useful during the day when I’m writing on paper. The brightness works well in both situations, and I like that I can adjust the light temperature depending on what I need. It’s simple, functional, and makes the setup look better overall. A solid choice if you want better lighting without taking up desk space.

I use this monitor light all the time, whether it's daytime or late at night. I simply enjoy having it on. It helps me see my keyboard better, and it also provides a nice amount of light for the plants I keep on my desk. The light has several brightness levels and color temperatures, which makes it easy to customize depending on what I'm doing. The quality is excellent, it's very attractive, and installation was incredibly simple. The only thing I would change is the remote control. The power button on the controller stays illuminated all the time, even when the light is off. I prefer sleeping in complete darkness and don't like seeing any small lights on in the room. Even with that minor detail, I still give this product 5 out of 5 stars. It's a fantastic monitor light and I highly recommend it.

This is the best purchase for a home office. I spend 8 to 10 hours a day at my computer, many times analyzing data. Eye strain is real. I tried several desk lamps, better lighting, etc before stumbling on this. It puts the light right where you need it! So many choices for you to settle into the perfect light for you. Brightness and levels of warmth can be changed. It automatically goes off when I shut down my computer and on when I restart. It works seamless for me. I have had it for a month now and my headaches from eye strain are gone.

The included remote control is a nice touch and honestly makes the product feel more premium than the price point would suggest. Build quality feels better than expected — not cheap or flimsy. I use this every day for work, and it’s especially helpful during gloomy weather or late afternoons when natural light drops off. It reduces the need for overhead lighting and keeps the workspace evenly illuminated without glare on the screen. My only real complaint is the articulation adjustment. The mounting design doesn’t provide quite enough tension, so adjusting the angle sometimes requires two hands to keep everything aligned. It’s not a dealbreaker, but it’s an area that could be improved in a future version. Overall, this has been a great upgrade for my workspace and something I didn’t realize I needed until I started using it consistently.

This monitor light bar is an amazing upgrade. It is very easy to setup as it takes only a couple of minutes. The ambiance is amazing. It is a very strong light and does impressingly well. The lifespan is very long and it is very easy to adjust to my monitor!

I think this light was 100% worth it. I was looking for something better than the entry-level $20-$30 lights as i'm usually working late into the nights and needed something to reduce eye strain given that my room doesnt have the best lighting. I usually stay on the warmer tones at night, and have the white light on during the day on a cloudy day. The setup up was really easy, and my second favorite part is the light control that I can set on my desk. Its super sleek, and simple to understand, and ultimately has been very reliable for the month that i've had it so far. Would recommend.

Amazing monitor light! It really elevated my desk space and allowed my display to shine. I think it makes working at my desk at night way easier and causes less eye straining. The remote is easy to use as well! I recommend this product.

Franchement, très bonne surprise. La lumière est douce, bien répartie et n’éblouit pas l’écran. Le réglage automatique est pratique et la télécommande est vraiment un plus. Facile à installer et très discrète sur l'écran. Je ne pourrais plus m’en passer, je recommande.

This thing changed my life. I am facing a window when working on my screen, and had to blind one half of the window. But then I could not read the papers and had to keep the light on in the room, ... which in turn created shadows and shining. This device solved it all. The screen is perfectly readable, and my papers are perfectly readable. It adjusts itself depending on the lighting and can be adjusted from cold to warm wihite. The brightness is also steplessly adjustable. A pure wonder, a serious power saving for the light in the room, and far less strain on my eyes..

Lámpara para monitor de muy buen calidad, llevo 4 meses con ella y no he tenido ningún problema, desde que la tengo mi vista se cansa mucho menos y no he tenido dolor en los ojos la luz nunca llega a ser incómoda para jugar o hacer otra actividad, la recomiendo demasiado. También me ha servido para estudiar y hacer tareas. Pd: las 2 pilas que vienen con el control remoto aún no se me acaban, si te duran muchísimos meses.
