It does not provide the age range, but mentioned it is designed for adults use, and I find the operation is little complicated for young kids, help this helps.

What size pla filament does this use?

This pen uses 1.75mm PLA (or ABS) filament. It works best with SCRIB3D filament, which is available for purchase on Amazon as well.

This item does not use a charger. You can use any power adapter that is 3.95mm barrel, center positive and 5V at least 2amp.
