I just bought this watch and it does not working, this watch had dead battery

Hello. I have bought several Benyar watches for myself and as gifts for family. I have never had an issue of not working. They are good looking and reliable watches. My advice is to return this under warranty and request a replacement. Good luck.

Do the side buttons work or are they decorative only?

Adjust the time: Pull out the crown to the second gear and turn it counterclockwise. In addition, the sub-dial in the watch actually works.
