Great Flavor
I use this in a mocktail to replace St Germain. It's a little more citrusy and a little less floral, but that's a good thing in my opinion.

Great Elderflower flavor…a little heavy on the citric acid for my taste
Has a great Elderflower flavor… it’s labeled as a cordial so I guess it’s supposed to be lighter than a syrup but it does seem a little “thin”… The only real hiccup for me is that it has a little too much citric acid for my taste…

Lovely mixer
This elderflower cordial is widely available in the UK but uncommon in the US. I drink it with tonic or soda when I want an alternative to an alcoholic drink.
