I’ve been working remote the last 6 years and my old Arama headset was falling apart so I decided to order this one again. It works like a charm and is light weight. Just plug and use no need to download any drivers. I like that it’s just on one ear and I can let my free ear breathe and listen for any delivery packages. I highly recommend this product if you need clear sound and mic for your client meetings or zoom calls.

It has all the bells and whistles you need for Zoom meetings. I hear others well and they can hear me. I'm very happy with the product and the promised support.

The Mrs uses these for work and loves them. She says they are comfortable even when she has to wear them all day for meetings. Sound quality is great on both ends.

Mic works fine. Sound through mono ear piece is acceptable. I’ve mostly used this with discord application and few games. I have not got any complaints about mic quality. Is adjustable for head and can bend metal so not too much pressure on ear. The buttons work. The volume up/down change the sound output in windows 10. The mute yourself button shows red light when active. However, there is no light to show you have hit the deafen button and enabled it. But, Windows 10 shows me deafened with the circle with cross through line. Main complaint is the quality of manufacturing. The plastic cable covering has cracked and broke, exposing the wires near the USB end as shown in picture. This happened after just under 3 months of use. I see this problem eventually on quite a lot of wired devices that are being moved/adjusted often, but it took 5 years though with my last headset. And quite a few years on my iPad/iPhone charging cables. Going to electric tape it (and have to keep on re-taping it) and see how long this lasts before it gets worse, which it always does.

Works perfectly with my computer. It plugs in using a USB connection. It has the mute button and volume controls on the wire, and the wire has a little clip to help keep it out of the way. Very nice. I also really like the sound filtration. have a lot less background noise on my end, which my clients appreciate; I've been told the sound quality through the headset is a lot cleaner than on my cellphone, thus they prefer I use this headset with my computer when I call them

A few things you should know, the firmware was designed in such a way that when corrupted it simulates malware. In my experience, the device when plugged in the computer will disable all other input devices connected to the computer. I tried updating the drivers and that didn’t change the outcome. I took it to the IT department to see if it can be made to work in another way. It was tried on 6 different types of computers, 3 with win 10 and win 11. The problem occurs on each type without fail. The IT called the company that designed them and determined that there was no way to fix it. They asked for an order number to get a replacement sent. Luckily I ordered it on Amazon and returned it for a refund. I will not be getting a replacement. Base on the core design of their firmware, I do not trust it. It can be used for some potential hackers that simply want to disrupt your computer. Luckily the damage is not permanent to the machine if you have an updated antivirus or anti malware installed. I have asked the IT department and some programming friends, they advise to stay away from this for a few reasons: 1. QA is far below par to even allow this to happen. 2. The sheer error encountered displays major design flaws. 3. They have no way of updating and fixing the issue at the user level, showing lack of support. I tried in every way I could think of to make it work without success. Maybe let them update their firmware or do some redesigns for a while and consider returning. As of right now, I advise staying away from this product for the time being. Purchase at your own risk.

I can't believe this was delivered by Amazon in 3 hours from my order! No Kidding! I just used for the first time. Keep in mind, electronics get better with use and age as they 'burn in' so to speak.. Get all the electrons in the metal flowing in the right direction. It's a fact for speakers and all audio equipment. Many hi fi items take a week of constant play to realize their potential. With that in mind. These are good right out of the box. Noise cancelling worked well testing it with a voicemail I left for myself. I couldn't hear the tv in the background when it was on and no difference when it was turned off. A phone range right next to me while leaving the VM and I could hear it, but it wasn't menancing.. I give this set 26 stars, one for every dollar I spent. 3 hour delivery is a special uh oh WOW.. Really.. It's super light weight, I bent the top metal as to not damage my hair and feel like I'm not wearing anything at all.. And then can flip it from ear to ear as desired. I would strongly prefer this over two sided ear coverage and I'll switch between ears throughout the day. Highly recommened.
