Very good product
Very good product. Taste great. I added more veggies than suggested. Also, I would recommend to add more water because the mix is very absorbent and if you want more soupy then casserole consistency then use 1 to 4,5 or 5 cup ratio.

Economical and healthy
I love this soup. It's so easy to change it so that it's not the same every time by adding different seasonings and vegetables. I make it in a big pot and freeze part of it in individual servings. It lasts a long time since I'm making it for only for myself and can never use the whole package at once.

Overpriced
I thought this bag would be larger based on the price. This is the same size bag I used to buy from Whole Foods for about half the price. The soup is good but will find another place to purchase.
