Knee/Elbow Bandages

I bought these because regular bandages never stay put on knees and elbows, especially with movement. These definitely hold up better. The adhesive is strong without being painful to remove, and they stay in place even with bending and normal daily activity. I also like the larger size — they give good coverage for bigger scrapes or cuts. The material feels durable and flexible, so it moves with you instead of peeling off right away. Plus, the colors are a nice bonus compared to basic bandages. Only minor downside is they can feel a little sticky when removing, but that’s kind of expected with the stronger hold. Overall, these are a solid upgrade from standard bandages and I’ll keep buying them.

Easy to apply. Do not come off easily. Got these for blisters on both knees from cleaning my school over the summer. After 1 day, my knees looked and felt better!

These stick on extremely well. Could even run some scrimmage games and never came off. Just make sure to apply when the area is clean / no other ointments and it will stay on. Other bandages for knees did not stick on but this one did a very good job. I their other bandages that are made this way are also good. They just don’t work as well on the knees. But this one is amazing.

Positives: 1. Adhesive-They stick and stay on! (Other bandages stay on for maybe 4 hours on my very active boys, these stay on and I actually have to remove them). They will stay on in water but you will need to remove them after showering or swimming so the skin doesn’t get soggy. 2. Shape- The unique shape with the wings makes them great in various locations, accommodating for a lot of movement. 3. Pad- the pad does not pull off scabs that are forming. I do use additional antibiotic ointment but the pads themselves are also antibacterial. Negatives: 1. Adhesive- The adhesive is quite strong and I would not use it on very young children or on those with extremely sensitive skin. It might be too sticky for those who are hairy. 😆 I usually take them off at night and put on something that is not quite so sticky so the skin can recover a bit. 2. Size- They are not quite as big as you would need for knee scrape on older kids or adults. I generally end up needing something else for knees. If they come out with a bigger size, I will stock up on those too! PICTURE- blue bandage after 12 hours of wear on an 11 year old boy with a second degree burn. Obviously you can’t see before and after of the wound but this is great healing. I used some rubbing alcohol to remove the left over glue and you can see some mild skin irritation where the wings were. I applied the new purple bandage in a different orientation to allow the skin to recover.

Absolutely love these band aids!!! The feel is more fabric like so they are super comfortable and fit a knee or elbow perfectly! Our son had a wart on his elbow and kept hitting it while we were waiting for removal. Keeping a traditional bandage on it was near impossible without medical tape. These were a lifesaver! He was able to wear it all day even playing sports etc! Last week my husband sliced part of his finger open and I used one of these on it and it was so secure! We will continue to keep these on hand!

I love these bandages. They stick much longer and better then most other bandages. I personally have to take them off after a day or two since the medicated pad will make me break out. But they will stick to a small child for several days, even after baths, running through puddles and every other crazy thing a 7 year old needs to do in a day.

These bandaids are terrific for larger scrapes and wounds to areas like the elbows or knees. Where other bandages clump up and eventually release/open, this particular shape allows more fluid motion around joints and stays put. The material makeup is perfect. These offer that nice flexible fabric-like material that is less rigid and more forgiving of limited water exposure. While these are a bit more expensive than others, they're invaluable to have in your arsenal, especially if you have kids. But again, these joint bandaids are a must, but only use them when/where needed as they are more expensive.
