It works as well as the original. After using I frequently clean it with a damp soft clean toothbrush to remove the dead skin from the surface. After time the glue on the back may need to be reinforced with a dab of glue. I can tell a huge difference in my complexion with regular use of twice a week! Three times a week and a Super Big difference! It plumps up skin, smooths out fine lines and a deep forehead line from the way I sleep! I also love to use it on my jawline and neck, décolleté, and back of my hands and the area on my arms where I get a “farmer’s tan”. It also helps with big pores & acne scares.

Extremly pleased with this product. It was a perfect fit for my old nuBrilliance dermabrasion machine. It smoothed out my rougher skin in one simple use.

I've bought a few of these replacement tips over the last couple of years. The NuBrilliance system is okay. The suction is not too impressive, but my skin always feels super soft and fresh after using it, and it clears up blackheads and clogged pores. Not bad for the price. I get professional microdermabrasion monthly, so I use this system in between to keep my skin clear and smooth.

I did give this company 1 poor star . But they have moved to 4 stars. They corrected their advertisement. it's clearly understood, it's correct. They refunded my money all except my return postage. Minus 1 star. Thank you Stephanie.

I bought this set a few years ago through a TV infomercial, to help get rid of sun damage on my face. I started using it in August, and by November all of the sun spots on my face were gone. I still use it and think the set itself works really well. However, something has changed with the Coarse Tip shown on this specific product page. I purchased it through Amazon and sent it back, and also purchased one through the seller (threw that one away). I don't know what they've done to it, but it no longer provides any kind of suction against your skin. So I only use the fine tip regularly, That one seems to still be a really good quality. Also, Dr. Denese sells a unit that looks identical, and sometimes has sales on the tips. If it is the same factory making this stuff, not sure I would count on Dr. Denese's version of the Coarse Tip working well either. Products are only as good as the supplier...

I absolutely love this product! I use it once a week and my skin is glowing. You could always review the proper use on Ytube.
