AQUAGUARD AURA RO+UV+MTDS

Been using it for almost a month now. Really good product. Taste of the water is almost like packaged drinking water. Dont know how they do that. But kudos to that. Before buying this product I did lot of research and tried some of the local eureka forbes dealer in my area. A word of advise to all. Please dont purchase from local dealers. They are selling end in line models for high price. The ones you will get at any retail store or online is the latest model with advanced features and at the best price(the dealer will curse these products unnecessarily and will try to sell their's probably to meet targets). Morover the installation service was promt and experienced. I didn't face any issue with that. Allways remember to add additional filters to increase the longevity of the actual filters if the ppm count is high in your area. Ours is around 200, I am using one just to be safe. Till now very satisfied with the product. No issue at all. Will update after a bit of use.

(Don't buy this product if you are living in Tier 2 cities and towns. No installation service even after 10days of receiving the product.) The above mentioned statment in brackets was my first review . Here is the second review after raising complaint with both amazon and company. The product is very good its functioning is smooth. The quality of water is satisfied as expected. The real trouble lies in installation. Three things keep in mind before buying this product. 1.search for service center or available technician near by your city or town or semi town prior to product delivery. 2.In the case of company provided technician,as soon as he contacts you , ask him to carry pre filter (₹900-1000) it is very essential for purufier to sustain for long life and healthy functioning.Any how you are supposed to pay him installation charges irrespective of free installation. So,ask him to bring all tools including TDS meter, drill machine,nails extra pipe. 3.Check TDS of raw water inlet and purifier water later and also check automatic switch off option.

Product quality & service is not up to the level for the price paid. USAGE- 2 members ( We have RO water supply from apartment which comes with TDS of 80 which can be used for cooking). Previously used bisleri for drinking. INSTALLATION ISSUE. 1) Installation is done by vendor technician. Technician tries to sell you stand & mandates to install pre-filter. I challenged the need for stand as it has wall mount option and sediment filter is not needed as per instructions in warranty card. 2) Technician installs machine in hurry and doesn't wait to provide proper demo. Advises to refill three tank of water and then check taste. so if any issue you have to call back the customer care. POST INSTALLTION ISSUE 1) Within a week, Red light started blinking (Indication for filter change) and machine doesn't work. Complaint raised with CC and technician visited and fixed. It was informed that some connections were not tightly fixed during installation process 2) After three and half months of use(11-FEB-2023), water started tasting salty . when checked with TDS meter, TDS level was 350 which was set as 150. Complaint raised with CC and technician visited . Technician found RO membrane faulty due to reduced water outflow which in turn caused due to salt blocking in connector. Technician mentioned that the filters are not covered in warranty and after a while he mentioned they change it on courtesy basis to customers. Also he kept telling that they won't change RO membrane if any fault arises just 10 days or 1 month before warranty expiry. RO membrane was replaced with refurbished/repaired one. connector was also replaced, but the new connector is designed in way it makes water flushing noise. When questioned, technician told that company itself provides this as replacement for the specific connector and no option for another one. so i have to bear with noise 3) RED light started blinking again (16FEB2023) and machine stopped working. Now i need to run behind them PRODUCT & SERVICE QUALITY - Water fill level is checked with float valve, so machine will run even if you get a tumbler of water. - No warranty for filters except RO membrane. Even though other filters have life span of 6000 liters. company doesn't feel responsible for spares provided. - Engineering team couldn't design a proper block free connector. Alternative connector makes too much noise - Unnecessary sensors attached with filter which all meant to measure usage and provide safe water which company claims. But those sensors doesn't even check faulty RO membrane and leave machine running and provide water with high TDS level. If any filter is replaced, the sensor is not connected back and left hanging inside the unit. - AMC warranty also cover only RO membrane and not other filters. - TDS controller(Taste adjuster) provided in machine seems not durable as technician advised that it should not be frequently changed FINAL SAY Please check for better water purifier maker who provides warranty for most filters and have bare minimal electronic parts usage. Eureka forbes no longer makes quality and customer friendly product

The unit is sleek. Blends well with my kitchen. The water tastes great and the unit is very easy to use and the noise while filtering is a soft hum so no complaints there! But we were most impressed with their quick installation and the quality of their technician. Aquagaurd assigned a technician within 24 hours of the Amazon delivery and the technician who came to install the unit was courteous, patient, detailed and did an impeccable job of setting the whole unit neatly. Very impressed with the care he took in terms of the aesthetics of setting up the unit neatly. So far a happy consumer! (Writing this review after 1 week of usage)

I bought UV+RO+MTDS Model 3 weeks before and product got delivered in weeks time as it came all the way from Gurgaon to Chennai. CAUTION: Don't expect Eureka Forbes to call you for installation instead you had to raise request based on the message from amazon a day prior to product delivery Installation: Service person offered me to get an external filter as it would save life of your purifier to an extend(if am interested) which costed 1.2k(Seems huge as I've seen other reviews where PPL says they got it for 900 bucks) LEAKAGE: After a day of installation I noticed there is a leakage from the bottom of my purifier and immediately took a video of it and raised a return request to amazon and enquired the process for return and replacement. REPLACEMENT: Thank god and thanks to amazon customer service as they understood the problem and immediately they raised return and replacement request for my old and new product during the phone conversation itself. It was very seamless experience. Within 4 days I got the new product and requested EF for installation once again. Same service person came and asked howcome I returned my first product.... To my surprise I was told that product will be reviewed by person who installed and he used to recitfy the issue on damaged product. New product on return and replacement would happen only if service person say that the product is damaged. Thankfully I didn't had to go thru that process. Water purifier: Best part of this purifier is TDS controller.. since I read many articles about the TDS levels , I asked the service person to maintain it between 150 to 300 as WHO recommends to take anything between 150 to 500 and not more than that. I don't have any issues so far. Water tastes good and happy with the service(both amazon and EF) . Will keep you posted after using it for a month or so

The machine is working well. The water taste good. Few Suggestions: In general RO waste lot of water. If eureka forbes can develop such system that can recycle the rejected water and put the rejected water back to the system again for filtration. that will be great and it will save precious water. All RO Users don't thow away the rejected water, please collect it in a bucket and use it for toilet/washing etc. After collecting the water, while removing the bottle some amount of water always fall out of the tray at the bottom. So eureka forbes can think about the design of the black handle (which releases the purified water), such that no water falls out while removing the bottle.

I have been a long time Eureka Forbes user and when it was time to buy a new RO, I was taken aback by the number of negative reviews on this product but I still took the plunge and purchased it. Here's the experience so far: > The product was delivered by Amazon within 24 hours of purchase. > Received a call from Eureka Forbes within 12 hours to confirm delivery and schedule installation. > Eureka Forbes plumber arrived the next day and installed the product professionally and quickly. Did not have to pay anything extra. Perhaps due to the quality of water supply here, I did not require a pre-filter. > Product is functioning flawlessly, water tastes great (like bottled mineral water). I will definitely recommend this.
