A friend recommended this for stubborn cholesterol, I started today, it is hard to swallow Red Chalky bitter strong, pls don’t drink it alone or on empty stomach like I did! Ugh! I have to say that past those few moments of discomfort the well being feeling was noticeable, by 3pm all my skin irritations stomach inflammation itching allergies were gone, is an amazing supplement and I will continue to take it because the benefits are way better than its taste

Within 30 minutes of taking this, I felt, not only nauseated, but had the worst dizziness and vertigo in my life. I was totally non functional and almost asked my husband to take me to emergency. I couldn't move, I couldn't talk and I was so sick. I had to sleep it off, and I didn't feel better until the next morning. I have taken other brands in the past and never had such a reaction, so I have to wonder what is in this product. I know I won't get my money back, and lesson learned - I will never use this brand again and may send this to the FDA to get it tested.

While not a connoisseur of health products, I grew up eating grapes with seeds. Whenever you chomp down on one of those babies, there is a very distinct flavor pop. This powder is spot on to the dry and pleasantly bitter flavor of an actual grape seed. Depth of color - have purchased grapseed powder from other brands that seemed washed out (perhaps valid: possibly a different breed of grape), but the deep earthy brown of this one is reminiscient of seeds I have eaten in real-life grapes. All that is to say: visually and taste-wise, this product has sold me on the valid nature that it is of grape seed. I typically take it in capsule form, but have no issue in a glass of water (as described above - pleasant bitterness - not for the faint of tongue). Having this as a consistent part of my diet it helps immensely the occasional pain/soreness of an old wrist injury. Do your own research and test; may be a great addition to your diet.

I love the unusual taste of these ground seeds mixed in with yoghurt and fruit for an interesting snack. It’s so good for you too. These are really great quality.

serving size is one 20th of a teaspoon how is that possible? I bought this because I heard about the benefits of grapeseed and the Proanthocyanidins in this powder are 95%. I tried a half a teaspoon and was nauseous, I think it was a bit too powerful. I’m not sure I would order this again and if I’m using it correctly I just don’t get the serving size.

This is my favorite supplement that I have ever purchased. I have been focusing a lot more on getting nutrients, minerals, vitamins, and health benefits through organic foods. I have since decided to limit my supplement buying to only the most effective therapies that offer something that can't be gained though good diet and exercise alone. I find that after taking this supplement my mood is elevated my heart feels better and my circulation improves. My skin is staying healthy on this supplement. I like that this only has one ingredient and is in a powdered easily bioavaliabe form of extract. I will be combing this with high dose vitamin c and hope to get even better results soon. Both vitamin c and grape seed extract help the skin heal and provide protection from environmental toxins.
