Great foot & let stretcher
I picked this up because I was dealing with pretty bad heel and foot pain. After using this stretcher for a bit, itโs definitely helped loosen up my calves and the bottom of my feet. The design is simple and well thought out. The padded foot sleeve is comfortable, the Velcro straps adjust easily, and the multiple loops let you control how deep of a stretch you want. It also comes with a small guide showing different stretches you can do, which is a nice bonus. Overall itโs easy to use, feels well made, and does exactly what itโs supposed to do.

Zero Leg Cramps Using Two Straps
No more nighttime leg cramps. Buying a second one made all the difference. I started with one and it definitely helped, but constantly switching legs was awkward and broke the rhythm of stretching. Once I got a second strap, everything clicked. I went from dealing with regular nighttime cramps to zero in about a week. What worked for me: โข 10โ15 minutes of stretching before bed โข Using two straps to alternate legs โข Gradually increasing the stretch while giving each leg a short rest I just stretch while settling in and figuring out where I fell asleep in my audiobook the night before (usually not very far in). My legs feel great afterward, and I can fall asleep quickly without that โwaiting for a cramp to hitโ feeling. Unexpected bonus: Iโve noticed I can squat down to look in lower cupboards much more comfortably, and I just feel looser throughout the day. Not the intended effect, but a very welcome surprise. Cons: The loops are spaced a bit farther apart than Iโd like. That said, I can still find a comfortable grip to get a solid stretch through my calves, Achilles, and hamstrings. They should be sold in pairs or that should at least be an option. Bottom line: If youโre dealing with leg cramps at night, this is one of the simplest fixes Iโve found.

Great product
I will start by saying what I like about this. 1. Adjustable, sturdy 2. Helps alot with the foot pain 3. Helps to stretch calf too Things I dont care for: Takes a little work at first to get it on the foot, but its easy to put on if your able to reach your foot to put it on. Its very big for my size 9 in shoe feet so it kind of hurts the toes, it rubs the bottoms a little, makes it hard to really feel the difference unless I pull closer. After awhile of using it you get used to putting it on and taking it off. Just takes a few days or so. There is no padding its all material but its thick and the pull strap is like a seat belt thick for a better idea. Worth the price, if you get two you can use them for stretching for like dance class or gymnastics? Not suitable for children. It would fit comfortably for size 10 shoe. But bare feet no shoe! The shoe will get it dirty and eventually wear it down. So socks work fine or barefoot. Your choice.

Helps a very tight older woman do her stretches & makes them easier
Update: after using this thing several times now I'm feeling better. It is a very versatile and helpful strap to use while stretching. If you're anything like me and are very tight, have pain, and have a bit of a gut that can impede some stretches, then this is for you. I'm still trying to master the IT stretch. The IT band has always been a difficult stretch for me, probably because I'm so tight everywhere else. The booklet that came with the strap is a little confusing. The pictures and wording don't seem to always match up. But that's not a big deal. This also makes stretching my piriformis easier. That's a huge thing for me. This is still a 5 star product review for me. Original review: Where has this been all my life? I have plantar fasciitis that is significantly impacting my ability to live a normal life. Due to the compensation in my gait one whole side of my body is jacked up and in pain. While looking for yet one more thing to help with the plantar fasciitis I stumbled onto this strap for stretching. I have a slant board for stretching my calves and achilles tendons, which works the best for me. But I need to do other stretches, too, & I have difficulty stretching using elastic bands. Years ago I had a non-elastic band with loops similar to this. But that one didn't have a thing to attach to the foot and made stretching difficult for me and was sometimes painful with the loop digging into my skin. This band with the foot attachment is genius. It's simple enough to put on. It came with a little booklet with directions on how to do different stretches and a bag for storage. I've only used it for the foot, calf, and hamstring so far. I tried it for the IT band which is challenging for a tight person to stretch. I think it'll work well for that too, but I didn't have time other than to quickly check to see if I felt a pull. I'm very happy I got this. It's an inexpensive stretching aid that will actually work for me and hopefully help me be more consistent with my stretching. It seems to be well made. The stitching looks to be well done and thorough. I definitely recommend this especially if you're like me and have difficulty stretching due to age and somewhat limited mobility.

Somewhat helpful
I purchased this in hopes of curing my plantar fasciitis, but I shortly realized I could get the same results with a towel for free. You can buy it to help with the pain and the stretch, but a towel at home will get the job done just as well. Itโs a decent tool, but it might not be a necessary expense when you have a simple alternative already available.

Relief from plantar fasciitis!
This is much better than the loop style stretcher since it allows for the toes to be pulled back. It has given me a lot of relief from my plantar fasciitis. It comes with an exercise pamphlet to help you focus on stretching specific muscles. Keep in mind that this is to be used without shoes.

Easy to use and effective.
Works great for occasional calf stretching and also helps with plantar fasciitis. Easy to use and lightweight. The little travel bag is a nice addition to keep things tidy.
