Cartridge had been used before!!!!!
I opened a brand new box of cartridges and replaced the black ink. A message came up saying the cartridge had been used before. I paid a fortune for these "genuine" cartridges and did not expect to be sent refilled cartridges. Unfortunately I purchased the box in June last year, so too late to return. Really not happy with this purchase.
