Brought to compliment a course I have done, recommended by the instructor and is comprehensive while simple to follow. This now lives with my first aid kit so I can refer to it if needed, and knowing I have this to help is a good comfort. I know that I can find information I need quick and follow any instructions easily.

Great first aid book to carry around

Worth a read for Emergency Life Support and CPR Training. Provides all the relevant advice and treatment for most FIRST Aid scenarios. Printed in an easy to understand format with pictures. Everyone should read this book and learn important life saving skills which can be taught to others.

Having just done a Emergency first aid at work course run by St Johns Ambulance I wanted the book for reference to go over what I was taught, this book is well written and explains so well. Recommend it
