It's a great product. The heat lasts more than 12 hrs although it says 8 hours. I ordered one pack the first time to see if it really works the way it claims and to my surprise it's way better than that. I ordered two more sometime back. Okay, so here is the thing I experience wrost kind of pain during my periods, like extreme level I can't manage without taking medicine, but this time, when my periods start i immediately applied it even before the pain starts, and guess what I pain didn't happened, not even small amount of pain, there is completely 0 pain, yes there is little pain in my back, but this product is for abdomen pain so that didn't happen, so yeah this product does it's work for me.... And I need no medicine this time

It stays warm for a long time but the heating is light and it leaves a bit of sticky residue that is annoying to remove from clothing but it does get off easily. It's honestly better than no heating at all so go for it, at times you might need to go out.

I ordered it for my wife ..She was experiencing severe cramps during her periods.... She is also working and the period pains were adversely affecting her works too . This product delivers what is says.... It heats up and heating causes the pains to subside and eases the cramps... I had previously bought the heating pads which vibrates but she found just heating would suffice. Also, those ones doesn't last long because of low battery capacity. This heating patch lasts long around 8 hours as they heats up chemically... A good one if you are ordering it for somebody with period pains.. Cheers....
