The product arrived in the new, packaged condition I expected. The setting of my own combination was clearly explained and easy to initiate. The appearance, size and quality of the locks were as expected. The lock only provides a low level of security due the strength of the internal locking mechanism and the light-weight shank but it’s sufficient enough to deter one from being the softest of targets. I once used this style of lock on my soft briefcase in my hotel room that did not provide a floor safe.

Very rigid and very easy to setup your own personal unlock code

Easy to use. Both locks worked on our trip to Central America. Both came home in great shape; unlocked smoothly.

Locks are well made and easy to change the combination. Color is more of a copper than orange but they look good. However, not sure they are good for a hard case. I had two on a Pelican 1510 and lost one on my outbound flight and the other coming back. TSA did not open the case since the remaining lock did not have the indicator showing and the inspection paper was not in my case. My "guess" is that since they were on a hard case there was no ability to move around so any impact with the conveyors or other luggage may cause it to pop open. I will say customer service was excellent. I contacted the seller/manufacturer and they quickly sent me out two of the cable version to replace the missing locks. Haven't checked them out yet, but they will be able to move and have a little compliance in case of hitting something on the conveyors. Something to remember, TSA-approved locks are never going to be as secure as a standard lock so you have to keep that in mind. That's what TSA wants in case they need to remove them. The two extra that I have will be used on my regular luggage. I have no doubt they will work well. It's a good product, just didn't work on my Pelican case.

Seller gave me a free replacement lock! Read entire review. I looked locally and online for TSA locks that had a four number combination instead of a three number combination just for extra security. These have worked well and have been on several trips. I go on a church building mission trip most years and used to need three locks for my two checked bags. This year, I changed one of my checked bags and it now has a place for two locks, so this four lock set worked perfectly. One of the four locks failed and when I contacted the seller to inquire how long the warranty was, they didn't even address that specific questions. Instead they immediately offered to replace the lock free of charge and gave me my choice of several different models. I ended up getting the same exact model. Excellent seller! Excellent product!

These locks are TSA-approved (the TSA have keys to open these locks, and I will know when they have been opened because of the red indicator that pops up). Changing the factory-set numeric code to my own number was very easy. These fit my luggage perfectly. The quality is excellent and they seem to be quite durable.

Definitely value for money!

This is what I expected and it's TSA accessible.

We used 3 of the padlocks on our recent trip, two of them arrived undone but just about hanging in the suitcase zip hoops. The red button that would indicate the suitcases were open was not up but it was evident after inspection that the locks are NOT sturdy, I ended forcing the realignment of the locking mechanism so I could open them again with the code. Unfortunately for me I was travelling and was not back until yesterday otherwise I would have returned them with no hesitation within the return closing date. I will never buy your cheap quality products again.

Item arrived on time.

4 barrels rather than 3, red button indicator of having been opened and reasonable price compared with others offering these features all made this a good buy for me. They feel robust - unfortunately making more of a contribution to my luggage weight limit than I would have liked! (4 padlocks 310g) I was glad that two of the four I received had the red button 'popped' so I could see how it looked, and also that it went back in when the correct combination was set.
