In Italy, Anelletti (small rings) and Alfabeto (alphabet) are some of the first pasta that children learn how to eat. They developed a new recipe to enrich the Stelline (small stars) and Rigatoncini (small tubes) with a vegetable purée of carrot, pumpkin and tomato.
