Works great long time. But moldy water tank.
I bought mine in June of 2022 (it’s almost March 2026) and it’s still working great. Heats up quickly. Way better than an iron. Easy to take with me when traveling for weddings or dance shows, or things where I want my outfit to be wrinkle free. My one complaint is the design of the water compartment. It’s impossible for it to dry completely, so you have to leave the water compartment upside down to dry. There’s often water that doesn’t completely evaporate, and there might be mold on the bottom of the ball thing inside the water tank (see photo). Maybe I should put a small amount of rubbing alcohol in it to clean? But I’ve been hesitant to use any cleaners, in case that could damage clothes if any residue was left in the water tank. Since there’s no possible way to clean that part of the water tank or have it completely dry, that’s a flaw in the design. Despite this, I would still definitely recommend it because it’s served me very well over the years.

No more Ironing!
This little steamer is so handy. All you need to do is fill the little water container with distilled water, close the cap, click it in place, and turn on the switch. It heats very quickly, the light turns green, and it’s lightweight and very easy to use for steaming. The water reservoir is quick to fill, and usually lasts for all the clothes I need to steam. Occasionally, I need to refill it, bit that’s quick and easy. It does not leak at all. I’m very satisfied with this steamer.

Easier Than Ironing
A couple months ago, I bought some curtains that were quite wrinkly from being in their packages for who-knows-how-long. i went at them with my steam iron to little avail. The curtains have two layers, a thicker darkout layer and a top mesh layer. While the iron improved the blackout layer, it took forever and wasn't quite up to snuff. I was afraid to use the iron on the mesh in case it might melt it. I eventually bought this steamer, which had a coupon available at the time. This steamer cam quickly; although, it just ships in the labeled box without any additional packaging. This wasn't an issue for me, fortunately. I plugged it in to try almost immediately. This was my first steamer, and it was quite easy to use. Remove the container, filled it, replace and plug it in. It takes less than a minute to heat up, and you'll know when the power light is steady. I started in on the mesh layer of my curtains, and while it took a while because curtains are a lot of fabric, I noticed definite improvement. So far, I've only done the one layer of the top curtain, and there's a world of difference between that and the mesh layer of the other curtain. You'll want to stretch the fabric to get wrinkles out, which was easy enough with the mesh. I think I'll need a couple extr a hands for the thicker layer, however. While steaming isn't instantaneous, holding a steamer is much more comfortable on my hands than an iron. This steamer comes with a few attachments, and I didn't wait long try them out. There's a a lint attachment which consists of a small red lint brush that covers half the steamer. It would work well for items that only have a little lint and still need steaming. If you only need to remove lint or have a large item, I'd just use a stand alone lint brush or roller. I cleaned up a velvet top with this, but it wasn't the most convenient way to do it. I only have one thing that I can use the rug attachment for, and it doesn't need to be steamed. The instructions, which are clear and easy to follow, say it's for overcoats and wool. The final attachment is for making creases. There's a clip into which you insert whatever you want to crease. I think this has the potential to be useful, but I haven't gotten the hang of it yet. I tried it on a pair of slacks and made a bigger mess than I started with. Once I get the hang of it, however, it seems like it will create crisp creases. There's also a container for pouring water in. It's less messy than using the faucet directly, but it's smaller than the reservoir, so I prefer to save time and use the faucet. For the price, you get a pretty versatile little tool. I am sure i will have more uses for it than I originally planned. I will have to wait to see how it holds up over time, however.

Love It, It’s all around, perfect for me or as a gift
I totally love this steamer, it works for everything I need it for plus more, it’s extremely easy to use, very lightweight. Exactly what I was looking for I love it. I would definitely recommend this steam machine, I’m going to have to use it a lot. If by any chance it breaks down, I will get the same exact one that’s how much I love it. Thank you

The BEST steamer!
This is ONE awesome steamer. I bought one last year but unfortunately, I recently dropped it and broke it. I immediately reordered it and couldn't love this more. It takes care so very easily of wrinkles on anything. I now like that the plug for the water is on the bottom instead of the back. Seems a little more sturdy and durable.

Sometimes doesn’t work
It’s an ok steamer. It works for the most part. My issue is that sometimes it doesn’t work. The steam doesn’t come out. I’m waiting for it to buffer or whatever it’s doing. I’m waiting for a LONG time then it turns off by itself. Seems like this happens when it overheats. So then I turn it off so it can cool and wait FOREVER. Whatever I wanted to steam I cannot wear same day because it’s not working and takes too long.
