I bought this game having played it for the first time on holiday. Its rules are simple and easy to remember and participation is great for all ages - I regularly get beaten by small children. The skittles themselves are robust enough but my heart did sink a little on the second game when small splits on the tip of the wood appeared. However, I soon reconciled myself to the fact that the game involves throwing a wooden block at the skittles as hard as required in order to get a better score. Despite the chips splits and dents the Molkky still gets thrown, the skittles still get knocked around and I still lose to my children. It’s a great game to improve their addition skills and mental agility as it’s the first to score 50 and can be quite fast paced. The numbers are clear and scorched onto the tapered end of the wooden skittles which means they won’t get chipped off with the bashing around it receives. The bag appears well made and fits everything horizontally. It’s easy to carry and has a fairly sturdy handle on the top. The scoreboard is relatively cheap looking but good enough, as is the dry wipe pen and small eraser pad. When it give up the ghost literally any time from now until never I will easily swap it out with the notepad on my phone - so no hardship on that front. I am genuinely pleased with this product and enjoy the family time without electronic gadgets.

Great game for newly mown, fairly level lawn. Felt that the wood would mark easily and maybe chip, so stained the outside with a heavy duty dark stain.

Great family game. Easy to understand and play as long as you have space in your garden. The items/blocks are well made and stored in a handy carry bag. Great fun

This was recommended to us by friends, otherwise we probably wouldn't have bought it. Really glad we did because it's a lot of fun, mixes the right amount of laughter, skill and frustration, and has been enjoyed by everyone we've played it with. It all looks so easy and yet when you try to get those points.......

The wood in this set is very good quality and is well finished i.e. all edges are sanded smooth. The numbers are also deeply burnt into the wood making them clearly visible and unlikely to wear off. The set is contained in an attractive green bag (most alternatives are black) which makes it compact to carry and store

Ok for the price. The pins started to split after one game. I’ve had to use wood glue to fix and where they are beginning to split I’ve glued them so it doesn’t split further. It is fine for us as a family but won’t be good if gifting. When I replace I will not repurchase.

What a simple yet fun game to play! Easy to learn. Easy to play. All you need is a little coordination along with a bit of a good aim and off you go. Laughing all the while. Great game!

Great lawn game for players of all ages. Other versions of this game I’ve seen come with paper score cards - the white board score card with this one is nice however the quality of it isn’t ideal and it’s starting to fall apart after only a couple of uses. Overall great came, carrying bag is also very handy and the wood blocks are solid and good quality.

Such a fun game for a group. Perfect for summertime fun!
