Is the Vitamin E natural? Does it have mixed tocopherols?

No if you are taking them as oil caps.

Do these have soy or soy products in them?

None are listed. You can see the ingredient list in the pictures

I have trouble swallowing pills. What is meant by pulling them apart? Is it a coated pill or capsule? One reviewer said she choked on them.

It is a capsule and you could pull it apart, not cut it and just swallow the vitamins inside. I am probably not the person to really answer this question, because i can swallow 8 large pills in one go.
