Never thought Iโd find them
Iโve had my Grandfatherโs Yankee push drill for decades. There was a time while doing a big volunteer event, I used it for hundreds of pilot holes to hang shelves. Many younger maintainance techs never saw this before and loved it! I tried to not use it too much because I was down to my last 2 bits. Finding these was a very pleasant surprise. They fit good, not perfect, but good enough. The bits fit into the handle. Now I have a full supply of all sizes. I can see some are not quite straight. So far none have broken, but I could see where they might. Not happy about the price, but glad they make them and I didnโt hesitate to buy them.

High quality, but doesn't fit vintage #41 or #46.
These appear to be high quality bits and well made. However, they did not fit either of my Stanley Yankee #41 drills (relatively early models; I don't know the exact dates) or my Stanley Handyman Yankee #46. The shank is the correct size, but the indent for the ball bearing is ever so slightly too small, so the chuck sleeve does not retract and lock them in place. Compare between the #41 on the left with an original bit and the #46 on the right with one of these bits.

A bit pricey but difficult to manufacture
I own two of these fantastic drills that are Yankee brand before Stanley bought the brand. They are in their third generation of ownership, and Iโm still crazy about them. Some years back I went looking for new bits, and was sold the last two in the store and told there will be no more. Iโm so delighted that enough of these are floating around that making new bits can be profitable again. I was told Stanley bought them only to get rid of them. A set of new, sharp bits shocked me how well they perform. I use these for all kinds of things, but particularly for starting anything with threads on it correctly, and without scratching the surface. If someone is interested in owning one of these I know the two I have are around 70 years old working perfectly. Buy one!

Looks like great bits but doesn't fit my pushdrill
Gave it full stars since the bits look really well made and I'm sure they work well. I sent it back since it says fits most old push drills but I'm noticing just fits the push drill with plastic handles. Will not fit the older yankee drills 130/131. But understandable there's so much variety out there but just to inform others thinking it'll fit there's.

Glad to know theyโre still made
My 50 year old Stanley Yankee drill is still incredibly useful now that I have a full set of bits again. Perfect match to the originals.

Back in business with my trusty Yankee Push Drill
I put myself thru college installing draperies and window blinds, and one of my most valuable tools was a Yankee Push Drill. To this day, there is nothing better for attaching anything to drywall using plastic plugs than the push drill with a 11/64 inch bit, which had broken off some time ago. Now, this excellent kit has brought my push drill back to life with new bits that work perfectly. Many thanks!!!

Little disappointed
I have a classic Yankee and was pleased to find these. Unfortunately the diameter of these do not fit my Yankee. I wish they would of posted their diameter.

Good fit on the old drill and good quality.
These fit my old Yankee drill perfectly and seem to be very high quality. It's nice to have a new set of drill bits, as the old ones were getting tired.

Chinese copies.
Really not happy finding out when removing the label these are made in China, we all know that Chinese metal is crap.
