The percentage is not on the bottle and I threw the package out

For the seller: i've had the product for 4 months. the label says shelf life is 1 year. it now has a cloudy film in it. what causes this?

Nothing to worry about. The Aloe Vera extract we use adds balance to the product and also increases shelf life and it can add a cloudy film to the product if it's left standing for some time. Just shake gently prior to use to use to make sure all components are mixed properly prior to use and you will be fine. Thank you.
