Good powdered cream! As advertised! (not for whipped cream). Great in most uses. Like ALL powdered dairy products, it does have a little bit of a different taste - due to processing. Will buy again! I find it blends well, if you work it a little (a small whisk helps). Looks just like fresh cream in hot drinks / soups.

We purchase this heavy cream powder for making our 3 ingredient carnivore hamburger buns. The price is worth the bread! This product has been consistant in flavor and blends well into our recipe. I wish it came in a bigger bag as we get about 3 batches with one bag (about 5 cups give or take). Happy to share the recipe with anyone as it has made doing a carnivore type diet much easier.

Works great in my coffee and tastes great as well. It's a great non refrigerated staple to have in your pantry. I'm looking forward to trying this in recipes. It is smooth and does not clump and is super easy to use. there is no bad smell and from reading other reviews, has many uses.

Love this one I’m baking or in my coffee in the morning. You have to mix a little first with a little water so it doesn’t get clumpy, but it makes your coffee so rich and creamy and smooth and for baking. It’s a great alternative as well.

Mixed with water, this cream powder initially has a slight powdered milk taste, but the cream flavor comes through a while after mixing. The flavor is awesome and it performs just like heavy cream. I love the flavor and the way it tastes in coffee. Tried putting some dry directly in hot coffee and it had some small clumps initially, but they broke down decently. The lumps were not a deal breaker. Also tried the cream mixed with water in sauces. It's awesome! Overall I like this product and look forward to purchasing more.

Excellent brand for Heavy Cream Powder product. I am Keto so Milk Powder is no bueno. You can do any type of low-carb baking like carnivore donuts, bread, cakes, muffins, hot dog buns, and more! I am so happy to see that there is something out there for people like us who cannot have heavy carbohydrates. This is must try for keto baking needs.

I bought a bag of this Anthony's Heavy Cream Powder, 1 lb, Batch Tested Gluten Free, No Fillers or Preservatives, Keto Friendly, Product of USA. I live in a very rural mountain location. During winter and spring thaw, we are basically stuck at home for 4 to 6 weeks, due to impassable roads. I still NEED my 2 to 3 cups of coffee every day, but I also needed a good creamer back-up for when I can't get out to the store to buy my favorite Half and Half! I will NOT drink any of the so-called powdered jar coffee creamers, which are all disgustingly loaded with hydrogenated junk and weird chemicals. When I saw this Anthony's Heavy Cream Powder was made of ONLY pure dried cream, I thought that this would be an absolutely perfect solution for me and my coffee creamer habit. - - SO NOT SO! - - - For one, The 1st bag I bought was missing from the package when I got my order. - The 2nd bag was dated as expiring in 5 months, so not good for longer term back-up storage. I decided to give it a try now, since it needed to be used before the 5 month expiration. I read that for creamer, I'd need to mix it with a bit of water to make a slurry 1st. I did that, but it was super clumpy. - I added a splash of hot water into the mix, and that helped. - I tasted it before I added my coffee and it did NOT taste like cream. It tasted a bit salty and sour! - So, I added some fresh brewed coffee anyway! -- ICK! ICK! ICK! -- - Not at all smooth and creamy in my coffee like the Half and Half that I am used to. Over the past few days I have tried to experiment in other way to get this stuff to work like a decent coffee creamer. It turns out NASTY every time! So, the rest of this bag I will be using for baking biscuits and pancakes, as it does work good for them. Will I buy more of the Anthony's Heavy Cream Powder? Naw... this stuff is totally NOT for me! I think I actually will just continue to keep a lot of cans of Sweetened Condensed Milk in storage for any coffee emergencies. That is actually more like a delicious treat to be using Sweetened Condensed Milk in my coffee, even though I normally don't like my coffee sweetened. It is a tastier solution for me than this gloppy, sour'ish Anthony's Heavy Cream Powder in my coffee. For baking though, the Anthony's Heavy Cream Powder works fine.
