Rich, flavorful, and delicious!
All of their oils are fantastic - they’re my go-to brand for healthy oils. The Herbs de Provence is flavorful, as you can really taste the thyme and rosemary. I sometimes use this in my homemade vinaigrette, drizzle it on chicken for a delicious finish before plating, or brush it on steaks before grilling. It’s wonderful for layering flavors in your dishes, so I try to make sure I always have it on hand. Their other oils are equally lovely - all of their nut and seed oils are rich, buttery, and capture the true flavor of the product in a way that other oils just don’t compare. I highly recommend all of their products!

Wonderful oil! Very fragrant!
I love everything about this oil including the look of the container, except this time it was shipped with a large bottle of honey that rolled around and dented the oil can, it is a well sealed oil thankfully, but no longer a displayable container. Still very tasty and is a wonderful addition to soaps, body lotions and such, bugs do not like Rosemary and or Thyme!

Perfect! Just buy it.
Bought it a while ago at World Market and just ran out. Wasn’t sure if I’d find it again so I was so excited to see it. The flavor is amazing and it really elevates certain meals. I don’t use it everyday just when I’m making something special like steaks or fried chicken with rosemary or using the sous vide. It’s just delicious. Full of flavor and the flavors stand out on the light oil like they wouldn’t in olive oil.

I love herbs de Provence in general. This allows me to use that blend of flavors in a wider array of foods and has enhanced the flavor of the sautéed and roasted foods that I typically use the dried herbs in as well. It is my favorite of the brands I have tried so far.

This is amazing!!
This oil is amazing. The flavor is strong. I use it for cooking occasionally, but I also enjoy drizzling it over fresh bread. It makes a great salad dressing. I enjoy it when I need a little something to freshen up leftovers. It's all around great.
