This is a small but effective blaster. I am a dog groomer and I am finding it’s very powerful but not too loud that is scares the dogs. It comes with a selection of nozzles which are easy to attach. You can adjust the heat settings and the speed easily, I also like the fact its easy to remove the filter. Build quality looks good.

we have been trying to grow our lhasa apso's hair and have been using a human dryer. This cuts down the drying time massively! it is so powerful that if you turn it on on full pressure, the hose blows off! therefore you need to have it on a low setting when first firing it up. I understand now why my lhasa always used to look so much better when leaving the groomer.... its because you need the proper tools to do the job! I use on lower setting near the face, as it freaks my dog out if it is too powerful near his face. Does not get really hot, more like a warm summer breeze. it's a mean machine and so powerful it gets right to the root of the hair, without having to comb the hair apart. would highly recommend if you want a very fast drying experience .

Only used once so far but I was literally blown away! My GSD didn't like it but got better as I was using and the more I use it the better she will get. Used it to dry her after swimming in the sea and it is amazing. Powerful, effective and cuts drying time with a hairdryer immensely. I'm also hopeful it will remove loose fur when moulting.

Excellent Product, Always used a major blaster/dryer brand before. Thought I’d try this one for a change. Excellent is grooming salon. Half the drying sound, which works for the dogs, but still a major air output.

I bought this dryer in an emergency as my existing high velocity drier had started to smell of electrical burning and this was delivered next day, it would have taken a week from my normal supplier. I have other Shernboa products which I like and are good value. Pro’s Multi speed so you can adjust the force of the air flow Very quiet at low speed Powerful and would be great for blowing out heavy shedding double coats like GSDs, Husky’s etc Light weight Has a heat sleeve on the nozzle to protect hands Comes with 3 nozzles Easy to clean filters Con’s Very very noisy on full power, could be standing next to a jet engine! so will need to wear defenders Takes a long while to warm up The nozzle is about 30cm long which is a bit of a problem and unwieldy trying to dry smaller dogs Hose is quite short Quite expensive Not sure about the build quality, very plastic, and how long it will last in a professional salon. My last HV drier is 10 years old. Edit - I’ve now downgraded this drier to 1*. I’ve been using this drier for a good couple of weeks now in a salon environment, light use, drying medium and small dogs. It is so unwieldy and uncomfortable to hold, it’s started to affect my wrist and I’m having to wear a wrist brace to protect my wrist. I know I lot of groomers have wrist trouble - if this is you, I wouldn’t recommend this dryer for everyday use.

Great dryer I’m a professional dog groomer and need a new dryer every year as I am a heavy user so around £134 yearly is better than others at 200 plus and it works just as well as them.

Works perfectly for my two poodles. Powerful and effective, the high speed drying function reduces drying time and removes matts whilst drying, whilst the variable speed mode ensures minimal anxiety when drying the head and ears.

I was very impressed with how strong this blower was. I have a very hairy cocker spaniel that loves water so after every walk he returns home soaking wet. Drying him with towels was a complete mission. Buying this blower, It has become a game changer. 5 mins using the blower and he’s dry as a bone. I also use a scented spray which gives him that just been groomed smell. Highly recommend.
