BMC Civil War Plastic Army Men - 32pc Battle of Petersburg Soldier Figures

Excellent hard plastic, easy to paint and manipulate for display. Very little flash and mold lines for easy cleaning to remove their signs. Figures of good basic detail for display and gaming of historical use. Sturdy and made for rough handling by kids. A good value for figure collectors.

The troops on each side are for the most part the same, just different colors, a history buff, modeler, or gamer may not like this. I bought a Korean War set from this company, and found it highly accurate for both sides. Including Chinese troops with N. Korean vs. US troops fully dressed in winter gear!

These figures are very well made with really good detail! Comes with both Gen. Grant & Gen. Lee figure ! Any bent rifle or figure is easily corrected ( teacup of water 1 min. in microwave) then place bent part of figure in the hot cup of water for a couple of seconds. Than hold straight until it cools, be careful not to scald your fingers.

My son loves his BMC army guys. We have multiple sets. Great quality!

Picked up these for my brother's birthday cake. Unfortunately, the cannon was missing a couple pieces. I reached out to the company who sent a whole new set asap in time for my brother's birthday cake. The quality is good - what you would expect from them. But the 5 stars also comes from the responsiveness and customer service of the company selling them.

Toys look good , Christmas gift, have not opened package.

The soldiers worked perfectly for the Civil War diorama. Nice to actually find them but as for durability they do not look cheap and I am sure they could be giftable. Do children play army guys anymore?

We bought this for a school diorama project. It came very quickly. Several of the pieces had small parts that were warped, which was easily fixed with a hair dryer, but one of the flag pieces was broken. We would have returned it based on the broken piecee, but the diorama school project was due too soon.
