Literally the only downside to this is it's quite big but as it's leakproof with proper silicone seals you don't need to use the bottom half. You can just use the top half and leave the bottom at home and it stays together. Dividers work well, the sauce pots are a good size and good quality. The bamboo was worth the extra money just to have bamboo cutlery with it, really nice to eat off rather than plastic.

Absolutely wonderful bentō!! I love it. The bamboo top makes the product look elegant with a modern touch to a traditional design. But more importantly - easy to clean, 2 removeable dividers, beautiful reusable cutlery and 2 mini pots that fit neatly in either compartment. For those wondering: yes, you can fit 2 sandwhiches in there! Just cut them diagonally. Utensils are wooden and the elastic band holding both together can be used on 2 boxes or just 1. Use the band length-wise along one container if you don't need to carry two. I have ordered more!

The bento box is great to take to work. You can get most things in it that you need for lunch, however, it won’t fit a roll in it. The dividers are useful and the sauce pot is a good addition. The item description says it comes with 2 sauce pots but I only got one. This problem was quickly resolved by them sending me a new complete bento box. You also get a handy knife, fork and spoon. All in all it’s a decent bit of kit and customer service is good.

While this box is definitely more expensive than others, it is worth the money. It is very sturdy and the plastic is excellent quality, smooth and easy to clean. Right after opening it, I noticed the lid on the bottom box was not closing properly and I emailed customer service. I received a reply in literally two minutes, super friendly and nice, I was very impressed! It also turned out I’m dumb and didn’t pull the silicone valve properly lol. All in all, amazing bento box, amazing customer service and I will definitely purchase more bentos from umami ❤️

I wanted to use the product before I make comment. And i can easily say that it definitely doesn't leak. Everything you need for having lunch is in the box. The product is really high quality. I definitely recommend it. Dimentions was fine for me because i do not eat much but you may want to consider larger options based on your portions.

It's a great little box, perfect for meals for one. It's a little bit of false advertising as it states there are 2 sauce pots (there is only 1) and there is also 4 pieces of cutlery (there are only 3). The quality is about a 4/5 - the top lid needs to be held on by the elastic banding that goes around the box, so I would be careful not to lose that! Another negative is that the 2 dividers - 1 of them is a bit loose and doesn't stand up on it's own which is quite annoying. The other one is fine. I love the cute little sauce pot, it's so tiny and perfect for guac or syrups - good seal around it so it won't leak. It's a shame there's only 1. The colour I chose was white to match my new travel cup, it looks really good so I'm happy about that.

It's not cheap but you are paying for quality here. And the quality is there, all right. Unpacking your bento - especially if you add a bit of colour to your lunch - will have your workmates looking on in pure jealousy. It looks good and feels right. I love the bamboo lid and untensils - what a great idea. Seals are good but be aware you might get some seepage from the sauce pot if you don't tighten the lid.

Ho acquistato questo porta pranzo a colonna del marchio Umami e nel complesso lo considero un prodotto ben progettato e curato nei dettagli. È composto da due vaschette impilabili che si chiudono in modo stabile e rimane compatto grazie all’elastico esterno, soluzione semplice ma molto efficace per il trasporto quotidiano, sia in borsa che nello zaino. La dotazione interna è uno degli aspetti che ho apprezzato maggiormente: oltre a cucchiaio, forchetta e coltello, sono incluse anche le bacchette, dettaglio non scontato e che secondo me rende il set particolarmente completo e versatile. All’interno si trovano inoltre due divisori, utili per separare alimenti diversi nella stessa vaschetta evitando che si mescolino tra loro e molto pratica è anche la piccola scatolina per salse e condimenti dotata di un proprio tappo, perfetta per aggiungere olio o altri dressing direttamente al momento del pasto, garantendo così la freschezza degli ingredienti. Su entrambi i coperchi delle vaschette sono presenti delle valvole mobili in silicone, utili per scaldare le vaschette in microonde così da mantenere il cibo caldo all’interno più a lungo. Dal punto di vista estetico il design è gradevole e moderno, in stile giapponese. Io ho scelto la versione effetto legno e nero, che trovo elegante e adatta sia all’ufficio sia all’università o in generale in qualsiasi contesto. L’unico appunto che mi sento di fare è che le vaschette non sono particolarmente grandi, ma ritengo che la capienza sia adeguata per un pasto completo ed equilibrato e, a mio avviso, per un utilizzo quotidiano risultano ben proporzionate. Un punto sicuramente a favore è la praticità: tutto il set è adatto sia al microonde sia alla lavastoviglie, caratteristica fondamentale per chi cerca una soluzione comoda e funzionale nella routine di tutti i giorni. In sintesi, un porta pranzo ben realizzato, accessoriato in modo intelligente e pensato per un utilizzo pratico e ordinato. Lo consiglio

The size of this little bento box is perfect for me. Not too big and can fit two dishes with the other container filled with rice (for an Asian styled lunch). I have used this to fit in sandwiches as well and it was no problem. No smells and easy to clean. I have this in my backpack when I go to work and no leaks! A bit on the pricer side but for what you get it is reasonable. Like the simple look of it as well.

Pedí este producto sobre todo para cuando te vas a pasar el día de picnic. Me ha sorprendido lo completito que es ya que lleva dos departamentos, un recipiente para salsas y cubiertos. Diseño muy bien cuidado. Para almorzar en el trabajo viene de lujo, tiene el tamaño perfecto.

Tolle Lunchbox fürs Büro, selbst nach 4 Jahren benutze ich die immer noch super gerne. Kann in Geschirrspüler gelegt werden, verzieht sich nicht oder verfärbt. Durch das Besteck und die beigefügten Trenner kann man super unterwegs einfach mehrere Sachen einpacken.
