Campbell's Mushroom Gravy, 10.5 Ounce Can (Pack of 24)

I pour it over my turkey meatloaf during the last 15 minutes of baking and also put it on the mashed potatoes. It's really delicious!

Pros/Cons: First, we all should read labels for what ingredients, sodium content, sugars, etc. as they are helpful in identifying if there is anything in it we're allergic to or need to keep track of how much your body can benefit from or possibly be harmful to you. Personally, I confess that I''m a foodie, and I enjoy cooking unique specialties or just an everyday bowl of some type of 'comfort food' that allows me to control the texture, sodium, sugars to enhance my health and especially taste! The first time I used this product convinced me to order it again. It's not a soup! However, adding a can of Campbell's Mushroom or Cream of Chicken soup to this will enhance the texture. I can choose thin or thick easily by adding more or less water, milk or broth. Adding leftover drippings from ground turkey, beef, pork, or veggies is really tasty. Idea Hint: I use a rubber spatula to scrape off the crispy part to a small glass Pyrex cup with it's silicone lid to either refrigerate or freeze to add to this Mushroom Gravy . Add just enough water to cover the bottom of skillet or pot about 5 min. before to make it easier to come off the skillet and add the water along with the drippings to either use immediately or freeze for later. It's a nice dark brown color, mild flavor, and so easy to use. Cons: It's not a pop-top type of lid so you will need a decent can opener to use it. Especially if you have arthritis in your hands and fingers. I do, but this one is the of the better lids that I've had to open without an electric can opener and the lids are not dented or warped so it cuts cleanly. I sincerely hope my review of the gravy will help folks decide (after they read the photo ingredients label) if this for them or not. Enjoy!

More and more difficult to find in my area, so I am glad Amazon offers this gravy. As a vegetarian, "safe" products are few and far between, and this is one of them. Oddly enough, I am not a big fan of mushrooms, so I just pick them out as I go. The taste and texture are there, and this really complements a vegetarian Thanksgiving meal.

This is an excellent gravy, rich and delicious, great for cooking or pouring over your favorite vegan burgers. I like to make stew using this as a base, adding tons of chopped potatoes, onions, carrots, peas, and vegan 'meat' crumbles. Oh so good! Unfortunately, it's always out of stock now on Amazon, but easily available elsewhere; just do an Internet search for "Campbell's mushroom gravy" and you should find it quite easily. I highly recommend this wonderful, VEGAN gravy!

The gravy is great! But the shipping leaves a lot to be desired. One can was literally crushed downwards from the top & then badly dented on bottom & side as well. 2 other cans were badly dented inwards on sides. I get canned goods from different stores all the time but I’ve never gotten cans this badly packaged & damaged during shipping.
