Our kitchen shears are made with a rubber coated handle and is textured allowing for ease of cutting and gripping. The blades have a notch for cutting through poultry joints. Various parts of the handle has teeth to be used for opening jars and bottles, as well as having a screwdriver-like protrusion to pry off lids. The scissor consists of two separate sections or sides that work together to cut, which may be riveted together or may be detatchable so each half section can be easily washed and dried. Very Pleased!

This is my keep near me at all time scissors. The scabbard is a nice touch in case i get an urge to run with them, though the magnet could be stronger. but seriously i have little daschunds that get into everything and i feel much safer keeping these on my night table. They open my amazon boxes, bottles, get pesky bandages off of me and just dammed good scissors all the way around.

Cutting is good

I like these shears, but they do tend to break apart too easily. And you have to keep track of the shield each time you use them. I ended up throwing the cover away.

I love this scissor

I love this scissor. I use it everything in the kitchen. It is one of the must have items in the kitchen. I haven't tried scaling the fish yet, but besides that, everything works perfectly, except for peeling. It doesn't work like the peeler, but okay.

Kitchen Shears with too many Xtras.

OK kitchen shears, a bit too complex for my needs. I don't like the can opener at top of shears, an unnecessary added component that I think is dangerous to handle.

Cuts everything.

These are awesome if you need to cut anything. Cut straight through steak bone and skiced a tomato, all for the same meal.
