Gentle but works great
I bought this when my kids were really sick and I had to help them clear out all the mucus. It’s very productive but still very gentle. I have one very sensitive kid and even he was okay with this!

Great for Baby Congestion, but Room for Improvement
This saline spray is highly effective for relieving my baby's nasal congestion and works better than other brands or droppers. The gentle spray mechanism is easy to use and doesn’t upset my baby, and I appreciate the simple, safe ingredients without unnecessary additives. However, the inclusion of baking soda sometimes causes a mild burning sensation, and the packaging could be improved to prevent leaks and make the spray easier to use. A return policy for damaged items would also be helpful. Overall, it’s a great product that could be even better with a few tweaks!

It works to help soften baby stuffed nose
I was looking forward to receiving this baby nasal spray in the bigger bottle; however, even though it continues to be effective, I find the tip that goes into baby's nose to be not baby nose friendly. The previous bottle that I bought at CVS had the tip which has a more gentle finish for babies. This one is ok.
