Great product, wonderful support
I never got to use this one, but have one in my older computer and it works great. Unfortunately, after receiving the fax/modem I found out the new computer did not have a card slot to fit it. However, Outlet PC gave a refund once it was returned

It is a fine product, but not the one i needed, as i misunderstood what i needed. i will keep it in case such is needed later.
