Where can I find a wiring schematic?

220 volt will normally be the next way. green wire to frame, ground or chasis (metal of your machine this case compressor).

White to neutral power line. Line coming from your power line, Cord to the compressor's control switch.

Black to power line.
 Note: green normally ground.
Black and white cables may also be connected  in any port.
 I mean  if the black connected where the white should. It  should still work normally but it's always recommended following right instructions. Green is most of the times ground which means it should be always connected to ground on metal chassis in this case on the compressor and freezer always or other machines to the metal chassis of the item.

Normally in power supplies with three cables on your power cord one of the pins will be in green which is ground the other two pins should be positive one of them white and the other is black. (most of the times). And black and white can be connected both directions. But again, it's always recommended to follow Factory instructions for installation procedure.

As the purge valve is attached to the compressor. I will hardwire the purge valve directly to the compressor's power switch instead individual  either ways it will work properly.
