Great for working out
I’m using the chart for daily work outs and it makes it easy to do leg day, arm day etc. Great value for the money. Chart is easy to read with pictures showing how to do each one.

Fantastic! Set Out in Easy Clear Pictures!
First I want to commend the Seller. This item arrived in a hard cardboard case rolled and wrapped with neatly tucked exterior paper taped around it. The poster was protected and arrived in pristine condition. After opening it I am so happy it is the perfect beginner dumbell weights exercise poster for all body muscle groups.

Wall poster for learning yoga positions
It was a Christmas gift for my granddaughter who hopes to become a personal trainer. She loved it. A dedicated exercise enthusiast but not familiar with yoga, the pictures were a great size that could be viewed from 6-8 feet away and each one was easy to follow. It was both attractive as a wall poster and made of quality coated heavy weight paper that was covered with a protective coating. No doubt it will last for many years if used properly. She posted in her exercise area and has loved learning the poses which she practices daily. A great way to introduce to a new yoga convert because the pictures and instructions are clear and simple to follow. Would definitely think it a great gift for those who enjoy all types of exercise and a good teaching tool for yoga instructors. Would give it a 10 of 10 points

Now I know what to do!
I like the chart, because it gives ideas and exercises to use. The chart is easy to follow. I can choose the exercise for a particular part of my body. I would like it to be a little larger to allow me to see it better. I am a senior citizen and need larger print.
