It does not keep the concentrate on top hot or even warm, just this sad Luke warm, and the inside water does not stay heated at a consistent temp so if I go back to have some tea, I have to push the button again and wait. If I wanted to do that I'd just use an electric kettle. Super disappointed with the price.
