The product is fine. No issues at all. every tool and part you need is included. The directions are excellent...BUT, this is a very complex project, requiring the removal of many small fragile parts. It is not for the impatient, or anyone that does not like dealing with small parts, connectors, etc.

I bought this screen, and back glass, because I shattered my phone. I had ZERO intentions of replacing myself. Upon my query into who would do it for me, I found that this particular phone model, cannot have just the screen replaced. The digitizer and screen are one in the same. Not one pro in Vegas, would touch that screen. The back glass was a non issue. This part will not work. From the mouth's of pros. I used my handheld insurance for the front glass. . . . .

Of course leave it to me to order the wrong part, but hey I have and extra part,, maybe for the next time

Bought it to replace m screen but I had Asurion! $29 crazy!

Not what I expected it say screen replacement and its just the glass that I get really disappointed

There is no way I could use this product and replace the glass only. I watched a YouTube video of a Filipino replacing the glass only and he had a special hot plate, special holding table, special oven and especially small skilled hands. I felt good that I tried. I went from a working display and touch screen to totally broken OLED and touch screen. So why is Filipino from the Philippines spelled with an F and not Ph. Because Tagalog doesn't have a Ph in the language. The product is 100% as advertised here. So I wouldn't try to return it and found a value in trying.

I bought it to change the front screen of my phone , but its not exactly what I need it , since its supposed to be the full screen of the phone and not just the glass, it might be good just to protect the phone , but as soon as you change it , you will realize that

This is not a screen replacement this is simply a clear thin piece of plastic to slap onto the screen of your phone. This will not take a non mission capable phone with a cracked screen and repair to a fully capable phone. Waste of money do not buy.
