These are great, difficult to swallow due to size so I just break them open. No problem digesting them.

I have a hyperkinetic gallbladder and ONE of these set off a severe gallbladder attack. Thankfully I didn’t take all 3 as suggested on the bottle. For me ANY oils can be a trigger, but it didn’t occur to me that primrose would set off an attack like a bunch of canola oil would. So I won’t get to use this supplement and can’t say whether or not it works etc. but anyone with finicky gallbladders should beware!
