I have been using this product for nearly a month now & I am already seeing the results I have been looking for. My jawline is more defined, neck muscles (underneath the jawline) have tightened, it is exactly what I was hoping for. For the most part it's as simple as popping it into your mouth & biting down reps, however was a tad confused considering it tells you to boil them so that the silicone strips can shape to your teeth, yet only one "chewer" has the strips. As far as price goes, was a bit more expensive for just bits of silicone I chew on but regardless, I am happy with the results.

The plastic mouthpiece inserts are so small nearly impossible to line up properly with teeth and the constantly fall out.

Did not like the 4 pack . 2 of the 4 jawzrsize were too big for my mouth . I would of just bought the regular blue and green one if I would buy it again .

You need to put more instructions about how to use the other blue ones that come in the box

Great idea. It certainly started to tighten both my jawline and area around my mouth. Used the blue one for about a month then moved on the the green one. After about 3 weeks the green one tore along seams at rear and at the bottom. Useless after that. So whilst idea is great, durability sucks.

Start barking out in 2 months the second plastic went louse on 3 days don't buy this product
