The material and fabric is soft so it doesjt bother my skin but I think it would be noticable under clothes unless it was a baggy sweater or something. I'm happy with this product and I've noticed a difference with my posture and I'm more conscious of how I'm sitting and I've even noticed how it's supporting and keeping my shoulder back ( it was rolling forward because if the injury) I think it will definitely help with my shoulder pain and overall. This product has improved my posture, made me more aware of how I sit, and I've even noticed how it supports and keeps my shoulder back (which was rolling forward due to the injury). Im reviewing it after using it for one year.. this belt is good but it does hurt the shoulders and i got rashes on my shoulder and scapula, even though i was just using it for 1 hour a day. Did not see any difference in my posture .

Bought it for posture correction, the velcro quality is great though,and I believe it might help others for pain and back support, it's also too big and hard to adjust ugh, but for me it was just for my shrimp like posture, guys and girls and err...non binary? but my posture is literally too good now, how'd I do that? Search up some exercises for better posture and do the worst/hardest one atleast thrice a week, I'll guarantee you...in two or three months it'll get better, so much better, if you got no patience, no hope just gain confidence and stand up straight, look into the person's eye when you talk to them and smile xoxo!! (I don't have it right now) :((

The spinal support product provided by Kossto with magnetic stripes along the spine is useful though if you are looking for only lower back support it is recommended that you use a lower back support belt instead. This product is more efficient to prevent slouching and posture correction than relieving or supporting lower back pain issues. The only challenge I found is that there is a median or gap in the middle where your spine is supposed to be which can be corrected by providing ribbed padding at the lower back portion. Other than that the product is comfortable, user friendly when it comes to wearability and also does not allow you to slouch. Thus, it assists in long term spinal well being than an individual like me who suffers from lower back injury like I do, due to which my lower back is comparatively weakened.

The Velcro starts failing pretty soon rendering the belt ineffective.

This product was very helpful especially with my posture.I went from slouching to having a straight back.The quality of this purchase is amazing.This is worth the money.This is a must have especially if you have problems sitting up straight, this product is for you😁

It does what it says it does, hold your shoulders back to proper posture. This is a great way to form better muscle memory. I wore it for about 20 minutes at a time and noticed that after I took it off it seemed more natural to keep my posture correct. I cannot attest to how effective it is for back pain but I know proper posture is essential. It goes pretty much under your armpits so this won't be great for sweaty situations. If you have trouble taking it on and off try putting it on over your head and shoulders. This way you don't have to unfasten the straps and readjust (or torque your shoulders). Overall this thing is pretty affordable at this price point and I wear it while at my desk or watching tv so I don't slouch like I normally do. This is my honest review after trying it for a few weeks

This is terrible, size is wrong and they don’t offer a return/replace policy but they keep that hidden till you ask for it. The product is cheap, material is poor - not magnetic not supportive for the back and is a total waste of money.
