How many filters are in there? Says "Pack of One" but in description it says 2 carbon filters are included???

There are 2 to a package so if you have 2 litters boxes like I do I recommended buying enough for a year I change my cat box filters every three months so I bought 4 boxes

My carbon filter is the flower shaped one. Do you have to cut this one to make it fit or is there a flower shaped filter?

No it’s not a flower shape. I’m not sure if it can be cut or if that would effect the way it works.

How often do these need to be replaced? How can I tell if it's time for a replacement?

I went to 6 months one time. U know when they need change. If u smell the litter box knowing it's clean, then it's time to change it.

what are the dimensions of the pad , what is the largest size available?

The dimensions are 5 3/4 by just over 6 1/2. They are made to fit the Catit covered litter box. I don't know what the largest size available is.
