Temtop P600 Air Quality Laser Particle Detector Professional Meter Accurate Testing for PM2.5/PM10 TFT Color LCD Display

I’m so impressed with this portable air quality reader. It arrived quickly and beautifully packaged. I love that the batteries were included and that it came with a USB charger. It has a great stand to perch the unit up. It is also very accurate as long as you aren’t moving around. I have a Dyson Pure Cool in my home and compared the readings and it was bang on. I actually bought this to measure the air quality indoors at work during the wildfires. Super impressed overall and would highly recommend this affordable awesome little unit.

This review is for the P600 model but for PM, I suspect it is the same for the 1000S series models. I only needed a good sensor for PM2.5 and PM10. This thing does that and is, in word, amazing. It came nicely packed and there was even a calibration certificate. I immediately tested it on our house inside air and then outside. Our house is tight and we have a constant-fan HVAC with MERV11 filtering, so I suppose it was not surprising to see PM2.5 and PM10 under 1.0. But it is very reassuring. A number like 0.5 was typically shown. Outside, I measured 12'ish for PM2.5 and 24'ish for PM10 so I know its working. Moreover, the online AQI site is showing 12.6 ug/m3 today for our small town. So basically spot-on. The other thing is the solid build and easy operation. Frankly I am amazed at what you can get for under 100 bucks these days. If you need some chemical sensing and/or humidity/temperature too, then I'm sure the 1000S series models are the same. They, like the P600, use a laser sensor for PM, but they add a chemical sensor for the other stuff and/or humidity and temp - for a bit higher cost. Check their descriptions.

El producto viene bien empacado, y es de fácil manejo. Sin embargo, lo llevé a 3 estaciones de monitoreo ambiental diferentes para probarlo, y en todas la medición de PM10 fue más de 50% menor que las de las estaciones oficiales. En el caso de PM2.5, las mediciones si fueron adecuadas, pero las de PM10 no son confiables. Estaría bien que tuviera una opción de almacenamiento y exportación de información. Tuve que proceder a tramitar devolución para comprar otro equipo diferente.
