Good start — no issues taking it
So far I’m happy with this. I started taking it because I’ve heard milk thistle is good for your liver, and after a little bit I feel slightly better day-to-day. Could be coincidence, but I like it enough to keep going. No stomach problems for me and it’s easy to swallow. If you’re looking for a basic milk thistle supplement, this seems like a solid option.

It works! (For my dog with liver issues)
My dog was having liver problems and the vet suggested me giving her milk thistle, but a high dosage (she weighed 95lbs). This was the only one I could find at that dose in one pill, but I was worried that it wouldn't be good quality because it is so inexpensive. Well she just had her 3 month lab follow up and I'm grateful and happy to say that it works! Her labs have improved tremendously!
