I like the texture this mousse gives my hair. It's expensive but worth it

I have used TRESemme mousse for a couple years and I did try the Keranique Mousse, thinking it might add more volume since it is supposed to be Volumizing Mousse. However, I really think my TRESemme works a lot better and adds more volume than the more expensive Keranique . I tried it, it may be ok for some, but I am back to using my old products.

I bought it twice. I like the size (small, conv6fir travels) and I like that it lifts the hair roots prettt well

I bought this item 2 times, once in October 2022 and then in October 2023, and what a drastic difference between these two products which supposed to be the same. The first item was in different color container, in 2022 it was beige color and in 2023 it was lilac, also they slightly changed the name, but it is the same product from the same store. But it seems that not only the color of the bottle was changed. 2022 product product produced a firm ball of mousse that held its form, and a small amount was enough to use on short hair, and it was giving hair a volume and the hair remained shiny and not sticky. The 2023 product produced kind of semi-liquid ball of mousse, not firm, no matter how long you shake the canister. Besides, the mousse instantly gave very dull appearance even to just washed, clean and shiny hair. It leaved sticky residue and clean hair immediately looked dirty. It is huge difference with 2022 product. I use the 2023 product three times and threw it away. Probably, there was some change also in the formula or the production process, although it is the same product, but now it is of very poor quality. I wanted to write the review for some months but did not have time. However, today I saw the ad for it on my computer and decided to write a review. It used to be a good product, but not anymore.

I love this product for volume and hold. It is lightweight and does not leave any residue. The only negative is the price. I recently purchased it again when it was on sale.

This product helps make my thin, fine hair appear much thicker! Would highly recommend it!

Really like all the Keranique products but for the mousse you need 8 pumps as opposed to directions, which say 3

I wanted to like this product because I have thin, fine hair and am always looking for products that will add volume and help hold curl. Unfortunately, I don’t see any difference when I use this product. It does suggest using their own brand of shampoo with it, but all products suggest that. I have used other mousses or gels that say the same thing, but I get better results from brands that come in much bigger sizes for way less than this one cost. This bottle is tiny! I’m also not too crazy about the scent. I wish it would have worked for me, but unfortunately, it didn’t. Needless to say, I can’t recommend it and I wouldn’t purchase it again.
