Love this! It saved my life! I got mastitis 4 times in the first 2 months as a new mother and never again after I started taking this daily. It was recommended by my Lactation consultant. I took my chances and ordered this despite of the one star review saying the pills were melted because I couldn’t find it anywhere else and The package was perfect.

Helps with the production of breastmilk. Makes it thinner so prevents blockage of breast ducts

During all my lactation i use to drink, but in my case it didn’t work well to prevent clogs. Due my diet I really couldn’t recognize effect

Worth the money

The product was in terrible shape when opened. When I opened the package, I saw that all the capsules were crushed and covered in greasy oil. The product is defective, it's a pity that I didn't open the package earlier and didn't see this. Otherwise this order would have been returned. Fat was leaking from the capsules and it was impossible to consume. This is contraindicated to buy, I do not recommend it. I hope the seller will pay attention to the problem!! Wasted money((

This is another solid supplement from NOW Foods, and it delivers the same level of quality I’ve come to expect from their products over the years. I take sunflower lecithin primarily for general well-being, and this supplement checks all the boxes: clean ingredients, good consistency, and a very fair value for the size of the bottle. The quality of the sunflower lecithin itself seems excellent, and I’ve had zero issues incorporating it into my daily routine. A couple things worth mentioning for prospective buyers: the softgels are definitely on the larger side, so if you struggle with bigger capsules, keep that in mind. Also, the gel caps can stick together if exposed to too much heat for extended periods, so storing the bottle in a cool, dry place is important. Aside from that, this is a generous-sized bottle at a great price, and I continue to be very happy with NOW Supplements overall.

Update 5 2 2022 its been a month taking it and certainly my semen volume increased. it’s my first order from now foods but they really nailed it. product really works when you take it as a specified and there are no or least side-effects. as usual after 40+ you may see the decrease in semen volume but after taking this I think it’s improving and let us see whether cholesterol levels are decreasing or not.

Excellent for keeping blocked milk ducts and mastitis away. One a day does the trick for me!
