Smell got me! Product is fine

I have doubts about authenticity of the product. It had no seal on it and it smelled weird. Even the texture wasn't what I know

this product saved my natural curly hair. it went from dry to shinny and healthy in less than 3 months . i use this daily . i love it so much that i maybe purchased it 5 times already in 5 months . i have a couple of more products from this brand , and let me tell u i LOVE this brand so much . its been the only brand i've been using and i'm obsessed with the results every time, it just never disappoints . totally recommend !
