3D Crystal Glass Picture Custom from Photo. Tower

I was a little nervous about whether I made a mistake after clicking on "Purchase" because no instructions were given on how I was supposed to get them the photo and what I wanted to be included in the text. I emailed them directly via [email protected], however, and received a response within 24 hours asking me to simply email them the photo and text. I did, and they delivered! My wife loved the gift, and my teenaged son keeps trying to steal it from her to put in his room. Also, the picture I sent wasn't even of great quality. It was an old hardcopy that I had scanned in quite a while ago on a cheap scanner. I was amazed at the level of detail and how well it turned out. Worth the $$$ in my humble opinion.

The engraving was delivered way faster than expected and came in this beautiful display box. I can't say enough good things about this company. The did such an amazing job!! I'm actually ordering more today. Thank you very much!!!

We didn’t add the picture prior to ordering. Directly messages the supplier and was assured they had the info and would have it out to me within a few days. They did! To date it’s the best gift I’ve ever given. Especially for a new Mommy to have this treasure is priceless!

I received my order one day early before promised. I imagined this item to be a little bit bigger but the size is fine. Although the idea of lasered people seems fascinating, comparing this crystal to a store bought crystal, the people in my image of this crystal look deformed and poorly constructed. The picture is hardly noticeable unless placed infront of a black background. I thought the laser would be more strong and independent. Holding it in a normal angle you cannot see much, and in a different angle things look better. The text was prefect, but the box this item came in looks used, and the inside is awefully unattractive. The "free gift to" me was a keychain of the same image in a different crystal that came in a much better box with the website of the makers underneath the image. I rate a 3 because this is very different and unique and received early, but I have too many complaints. Expectation: exactly how the example thumbnails appeared. I also had to clean a lot of both the crystal and the keychain. Hesitant to buy from this company again. After going back and forth with the company two days later, this company said their laser is all the technology they have. On the bright side that made me feel a lot better.... You would have to shine a light under the crystal! Discovering this on my own without the help of A&B.... Their lasers are meant to have light. I will be buying a light base for this unique gift.

It turned out remarkably well. My wife loves her Christmas gift of a 3D image of her beloved dog that passed away last year. It was worth the money. It’s amazing how they can make a 3D like image from a picture. We would recommend this product wholeheartedly.

OMG! I just received my 3D Photo Crystal today and I could not be more ecstatic! The Seller took two pictures and merged them perfectly for the crystal. It looks great and the picture pops out at you. This is without a light underneath! I am SO happy. And the turnaround time was so quick. Thank you, thank you, thank you! I highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a 3D Photo Crystal.

I ordered this for a gift for my partner, and when it was originally sent to me, my photo was cropped and made the product not what I was looking for. I contacted the seller and they immediately got back to me, and sent me another one with a different photo that worked better, just as beautiful. I couldn’t be happier with the product AND the customer service. Would definitely buy from them again!

I ordered this and thought it was a decent size as shown on the Amazon website. However, I did not realized the picture on the website was blown up, and the actual size was that of a paperweight. It came out really well, but it was just a lot smaller than I thought. I don't think it is worth the cost.
